Our in-country coordinator, Katie, was a kind of organizational genius. She could have run our trip, or for that matter a medium-sized country, alone, with great success.

Chris and Cara had told us that they would be available “24-7.” What they didn’t tell us was that that meant that, in many cases, they’d be there, on the ground, in person, in between arranging the complicated trips of all their other clients, welcoming us with the most perfect poise."
