International Education and international travel have largely come to a standstill until the near future
Semester Abroad. Broaden your horizons.
Scholarships up to €1000 are available
Our Study Abroad Semester Programmes allow you to visit a host university for one or two semesters while you benefit from learning and living with local students. We offer a range of courses and majors and you will gain first-hand experience of different learning styles.
By working with some of the best universities of Higher Education in Europe and the South Pacific, our semester programmes provide a highly memorable and character-building experience. We organise in-country support, cultural immersion and depending on the location, housing in student accommodation or with a homestay family.
We believe that not all classrooms have walls and you will develop cultural awareness as a global citizen with plenty of access to local life, field trips and cultural excursions.
Our locations include:
We can offer students a wide choice of courses by working in close partnership with international host institutions.
At each university, your options will span many faculties. From business and marine biology to literature or engineering, we have the ability to find the perfect course for you.
Students need their course choices approved by their home academic advisor to gain approval from their host institution.
Our global community of host institutions include universities in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia, Spain and Ireland. Where will your Study Abroad Semester take you?
Our Study Abroad Semester Programmes are expertly designed with your needs at the top of the agenda. Each carefully-structured programme offers high levels of support to create a safe, welcoming and secure learning environment.
We will organise an airport transfer so your journey is stress-free and upon arrival at the host institution, you will be welcomed, given a site tour and receive a welcome pack during orientation.
From offering guidance about visas and the application procedure, to sharing first-hand local knowledge, our dedicated staff are always on-hand to assist students. We provide excellent academic support and offer a 24/7 emergency helpline to ensure the wellbeing of each student.
Students are based in safe, comfortable living spaces that are within easy-reach of campus. Typically, student accommodation is either on or off-campus in single or twin rooms with ensuite or communal bathroom facilities. Sharing with local students or with other study abroad students, you will have access to WiFi and laundry services.
Depending on your choice of university, homestay accommodation may be an option. All our homestay families are rigorously vetted and we take extreme care when placing students.
Students complete a comprehensive questionnaire prior to placement where they can outline their ideal host family. Our experienced team is easily reachable for the duration of your stay.
We believe that learning outside of the classroom is essential and students are encouraged to experience all their host country has to offer.
Our industry and educational visits are chosen to complement your learning goals. We offer organised excursions to sites of cultural interest, areas of outstanding natural beauty, organisations, educational institutions and local businesses.*
*Excursions will vary depending on university and location.
Airfare, in-country transportation, materials for class, meals, visa fees, and spending money aren’t included.
We are here to offer advice on all aspects of your programme including course choices, booking flights, health insurance and all other pre-departure enquiries.
Students are responsible for obtaining a relevant visa and requirements will differ depending on your choice of destination. We can assist you with the application process and visas will be issued by your host-institution.
