How to Make Payments for your Learn International Program

Learn International has two ways to pay for your program.

A) Pay Online: Participants may pay online through our online payment system with a debit or credit card “Payments”, there is a 3.0% payment processing fee on every transaction made in this manner. The fee will be added to the participant’s transacted fee as payment is made.

Types of Payments Accepted Online:

  1. Application Fee +3.0% processing fee
  2. Participant Commitment Fee + 3.0% processing fee
  3. Program Fee + 3.0% processing fee (health insurance fees will be included in payment invoice). In order to pay Program Fees, participants must have an up-to-date invoice from Learn International.  Please contact us if you have not received this invoice.

B) International Wire Transfer: Participants may also pay by international wire transfer. If you want to make a payment in this manner, please contact us and we will send you an invoice with our banking details.

Types of Payments Accepted for International Wire Transfer:

  1. Application Fee
  2. Participant Commitment Fee
  3. Program Fee (International Health Insurance will be included in this payment).

Please check with your home banking institution for fees related to international wire transfers.

Tip: For larger fees being paid, an international wire transfer may be more cost-effective than using our online payment system, as there is a 3.0% payment processing fee added to all transactions made via credit or debit card.
